Because each set is fully custom-made just for you, including your exact sizing, it’s important to start with a sizing kit.
This helps you find your perfect fit and shape before placing your first order.
Not sure which shape suits you best? You can either order an Intro Bundle or send me a few clear photos of your natural nails, we’ll chat and find the best option for you together.
While it may feel like an extra step, starting with a sizing kit ensures your set fits perfectly and looks amazing. And as a bonus, the cost of your sizing kit is fully credited toward your first order at Pretty Twisted Press Ons.

Order Schedule & Availability


  • Order Days: Orders are open Sunday through Friday each week.
  • Order Time: anytime Sunday - Friday as long as availability allows.
  • Custom Sets: There are only 10 sets TOTAL available each week. These are unique, custom designs or colors that require extra time and care. They sell out quickly and are offered on first come, first served basis.
  • Order Cut-Off: Once all 10 set spots are filled, the ordering for these sets will temporarily close until the next Sunday at 9:00 AM EST. This break allows me to focus on fulfilling the current week’s orders and maintain quality and speed.
  • How to Avoid Waiting: Set a calendar reminder for every Sunday, orders usually fill up mid week.


Helpful Tips:

  • Make sure to set a reminder to order right at 9 AM EST on Sunday if you want to secure one of the 10 design level sets!
  • Double check your sizing and design preferences before ordering, as these sets are custom made just for you and cannot be changed once your order is confirmed.
  • Orders placed after Friday close at midnight EST will be processed starting the following Sunday at 9 AM EST.

Decide on Your Order

  • Before reaching out, take some time to decide exactly what you want for your custom set. This includes:
  • The design(s) you want (feel free to include photos or inspiration!)
  • The shape(s) you prefer
  • Your nail sizing
  • Any additional details or special requests that I should know about

  • Once you have all your details ready, send me a message either:

Order Review & Confirmation
I will review your order requests in the order they are received and reply to confirm exactly what to add to your cart for checkout.

Custom orders take approximately 15 business days total for processing and shipping. I do not work weekends.
